We charge fees for professional planning consultations and related engagements. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.

Eligibility

• Before work starts: If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled discovery or working session and we have not yet delivered written materials, you may receive a full refund of prepaid fees. Proposed, pending business confirmation.
• After work starts: If we have already conducted a session or delivered a draft memo, fees for completed time are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance for future sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
• Rescheduling: One free reschedule per engagement when you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Proposed, pending business confirmation.

Non-refundable items

Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in your engagement letter, rush fees, and third-party costs we pay on your behalf (if any) are not refundable.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, that session fee may be charged in full. Proposed, pending business confirmation.

How to request a refund

Email info@logic-sequence.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. We respond within 10 business days.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, within 14 business days of approval. Proposed, pending business confirmation.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where applicable.
