Services

We provide individual financial-planning consultations and tailored planning engagements focused on property purchase and homeownership. Deliverables may include checklists, scenario tables, and summary memos. We do not provide legal advice, tax filing, loan approval, or brokerage services.

Engagements and fees

Scope, duration, and professional fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Fees are quoted in THB unless otherwise stated. Proposed, pending business confirmation: standard cancellation notice of 48 hours for scheduled sessions; late cancellations may incur a partial session fee.

Reliance on information

You agree to supply accurate information. Projections depend on assumptions you approve; actual market, regulatory, and lender outcomes may differ.

Intellectual property

Written materials we create for your engagement are licensed for your personal use in your purchase process. You may not resell or publish them as generic templates.

Website use

Content is informational. You may not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse the inquiry endpoint.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
